
Early Years Supplies Terms & Conditions
Ordering
• When ordering from schools, settings, hospitals and Local Authorities please include an order number. Private establishments are to include the name and signature of the person responsible for payment.
• All orders are to have the address of the establishment for invoice and delivery if different. If one address is supplied it will be taken as invoice and delivery address.
Accounts
• Account facilities of 30 days are available to LEA’s and schools on request and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• If there are late payments of 30 days or more, Early Years Supplies Ltd reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1% per month on monies outstanding.
VAT
• All prices quoted are excluding VAT.
Prices
• Every effort will be made to hold prices published, and are correct at the time of going to press or online. Early Years Supplies Ltd reserve the right to alter the price without prior notice.
Title of Goods
• The ownership of the goods does not pass on to the Customer until the invoice has been paid in full.
Order Confirmation
• On receipt of an order, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date. We aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks.
Delivery
• Our furniture is bespoke to your order and is not supplied on a sale or return basis. Any unit that is returned due to an incorrect order may incur a charge. This is at the discretion of Early Years Supplies Ltd.
Refused Delivery
• If a delivery is refused on the agreed date, you will be charged in full for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of the return journey on a price per mile.
Delivery over holiday periods
• Please ensure arrangements are made for a caretaker or a member of staff to be on the premises to receive and sign off goods over a holiday period, and a correct contact number is on the order confirmation for our delivery colleague. Failure to do so will incur an additional delivery charge.
Receipt of Goods
Please do not sign for a delivery of goods unless you have carefully examined them for damage.
• If an item is damaged in transit, Early Years Supplies Ltd will replace the damaged goods. If however the replacement is refused and the item cancelled by the customer, there will be a cancellation fee of £50 and 10% of the item's value, which will be charged as an administration fee.
• Early Years Supplies Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after it is delivered as a result of staff moving furniture. Please ensure correct Health & Safety procedures are in place to move furniture after delivery.
Wear & Tear
• Early Years Supplies Ltd build our furniture to a high standard using quality components and construction methods. Once it is delivered it is to be used appropriately by both adults and children. Any subsequent damage as a result of misuse or general wear and tear rests with the user.
